Absolutely. Cadence uses a flexible calorie and macro approach — no foods are banned. If you go over your targets one day, you simply balance it out over the following days. A meal out or a few drinks doesn't undo your progress; it's part of having a sustainable lifestyle.
A carb refeed week is a planned period where carbohydrate intake is increased back toward maintenance levels. This helps reset hunger hormones like leptin, replenishes muscle glycogen, improves gym performance, and keeps your metabolism functioning well during a calorie deficit. It's built into every programme at strategic intervals.
Every week you'll submit your 3-day weight average (taken first thing each morning), waist and hip measurements, and optional progress photos via the Kahunas coaching app. Your coach reviews everything and adjusts your calorie targets, training load, or cardio protocol based on what the data shows.
Foundation is ideal if you're new to structured training or returning after a break — 3 days a week, full-body, building strong foundations. Elevation suits those with some gym experience ready to step up to 4 days and a more progressive approach. Apex is for committed trainees ready to train 5 days a week and undergo a full 12-week body composition change.
Travelling is built into the system, not ignored by it. Your programme includes hotel gym and bodyweight alternatives for every session, so you can train wherever you are. Nutrition targets are also flexible enough to accommodate work dinners and travel without derailing your progress.
Not at all. Most clients start with zero tracking experience. Your onboarding includes a full walkthrough of how to log food, which app to use, and how to hit your targets without it taking over your day. Most people find it takes less than five minutes once they're in a routine.
Ideally yes — consistency is what drives results. But life happens. If you miss a day, you don't start over. The weekly check-in is based on your 3-day average weight and overall data trends, so one off day doesn't throw everything out. The goal is sustainable habits, not perfection.

Visible physical results typically come between weeks 3–6 depending on starting point and consistency.
